I'm HOME! + Day 1 in Taiwan

I miss HOME!!!

Hahahhaa. Hardly i'll say i miss home when i get to travel overseas one hor. Because this time round i was away from home for 9days. Quite a long trip. And when i'm back Mummy's still not back from HK yet. Anyways, she's back now at around 1hr ago. Haha. Missed SG food also! Cause some of the food in Taiwan we're not used to eating it as the taste is very different so we didn't really eat alot like what we expected. But some of the food there are awesome which can't be found in SG. Hees. Let me blog about Day 1 of my Taiwan Trip first because I've only uploaded Day 1 pictures onto facebook. I need more time as i've things to rush this week so won't be free to upload the pictures.

[Day 1]
Our flight was at 01:30am so we're supposed to reach airport at around 11+ but we reached super early! Haha. At about 10.30pm! MZ drove us there together with his lil sister Stella & their cousin to send us off to Taiwan. :D After checking in we had Yakun for supper+dinner (for me) Times up and we went into the boarding gate area to flyyyyyyyyy off SG~

I have never departed from T3 before and i'm hell excited + happy! Moreover, we're taking SQ. Our first SQ flight too! Hees. There's tv on the plane very awesome! Breakfast was good on the plane. Air stewardess quite chio so satisfied also. LOL! :P I couldn't get much sleep because not used to sleeping on plane and was quite tired. After 4hrs 30mins of flight, we finally reached Taipei!!!!!! xD xD

Bought taiwan da ge da (local prepaid card) over there for 3G usage 7 for callings. Then went to buy FREEGO Bus tickets to take us to town. Taking bus is cheaper because its about $10 or less SGD rather than cabbing because it'll cost up to $50 SGD. The bus driver dropped us off at ZhongXiao FuXing Station and we bought the easycard (known as ezlink) to train to XiMen which is our hotel location station. It was only afew stops away so not so bad. Found our way to our hotel and had an early check in! Hees. We're staying at Rainbow Hotel btw. Service is good! The staffs super approachable and friendly. Guess who we brought over to Taipei with us???

啊豹!!!!!!!

Hees. He's saying Hi to everybody! Lol. After resting for about 30mins in our room we went out for lunch & to start our day. Walked around XMD and bought bubble tea!!! Yes, the founder of KOI. 50嵿! :D The milk tea really is very different from the SG ones! ALOT MUCH NICER!!!!!

乳肉飯 & 甜不辣

Very very nice 雪花冰!!! Its not normal ice you know. The ice is milky ice!! + the mangos are very fresh. Mango icecream very thick in taste.

Following my itinerary, we went to the nearest salon to dye our hair! I had a little trim. And it turns out good! Hees. Very nice! The curls the stylist helped me to curl super nice! Keke. After that we went to S.M Entertainment store at Taipei Main Station to roam around + bought our advanced HSR Tickets to KaoHsiung on Day4. Next was Dancesoul. Went to buy their caps! Kind of got pissed cause the google map keep on cannot locate where are we and we walked the wrong direction. Walk until very tired and legs pain. Haha. Then we went 龍山寺 to pray and experience the praying at the temple there. It was cool. Their temple super different. Very pretty inside cause they have carvings and decos all over. Their gods also different as in the gods they pray to. Then walked to 華西夜市, 廣州夜市 for dinner. Saw the exotic food like snake blood etc at 華西夜市. Back to XMD after the night markets and went STAGE! :D

Bought the maggie mee at 7-11 to try out for supper. It was good. The 茶葉蛋 also very nice! Oh ya forgot to mention. I like to shop at Cosmed (aka their Watsons alike) over there in Taiwan. They have Watsons too. But i prefer Cosmed. Keke. And thats the end of day1.
